Dr. Mariela
Klaklova

dermatologist

Dr. Mariela Klaklova graduated from Sofia Medical University in 2018. From 2019 to 2023 she  specialised at the UMBAL “Alexandrovska”, Sofia, after which she acquired a specialty in Skin and Venereal Diseases. Her professional interests are focused on laser technologies and procedures for body modeling, as well as their application in various fields of dermatology and aesthetics.

Additional qualification

  • In 2021, after passing an exam with the global trainers Dr. Christoph Martschin, Dr. Lehavit Akerman and Dr. Regina Sosoaca held at international level became a certified national trainer of Galderma for the application of Restylane fillers.
  • Participation in a clinical training course for Cynosure’s ICON held for Derma-Act Clinic on 03/04/2021.
  • Training on PicoSure by Cynosure, a Hologic Company, Conducted for Derma-Act Clinic, Sofia, July 3 and July 4, 2019.

Performs aesthetic consultations, diagnostics with a Visia device, chemical peels and Microneedling/Microneedling with RF.
She works with dermal and biostimulating fillers, botox, mesotherapy, skin boosters, DR CYJ hair filler, PRP and performs procedures with Picosure, Palomar, Co2, Cutera Xeo/Excel V, Doublo S-HiFu devices.
Works under the supervision of Dr. Viktor Georgievski.
