Cryolipolysis is an innovative non-invasive procedure for reduction of fats in specific body regions through freezing and subsequent destruction of the fat cells. There is no need for administration of general or local anaesthesia since the procedure is completely painless. As a result of it, fat cells are decomposed for a period of several months in a natural manner and a gradual reduction of the thickness of the fat layer can be seen.
The ECOCRYO device has a number of advantages not only dure to providing a non-invasive and painless intervention for the patient but also because it leads to lasting results, i.e., the destroyed fat cells will never recover at a given site. The following two innovative technologies are behind the Maximus procedure: TriPollar® RF and DMA.

Aqualyx is an injectable treatment for non-surgical removal of local fat accumulation. The treatment is based on local injections with a biocompatible substance (deoxycholic acid) with the aim to burn excessive body fats completely safely and painlessly. What is it?
truSculpt®flex is a muscle non-invasive sculpting device that provides personalized procedures adjusted to the physical fitness, shape and goals of each individual patient. Multi-directional stimulation (MDS) by truSculpt®flex enables a simultaneous treatment of 3 areas and up to 8 areas in separate sessions, thus presenting the largest range of areas among all the commercially available devices. Muscle stimulation can be directed to specific muscular groups such as belly, thighs, arms, and fat deposits in upper thighs using three options of treatment mode:
- Prep mode (preparation) – a mode generating twisting motions with warming and stretching of muscles, as well as a slow building of tolerability to muscle constructions;
- Tone mode (toning) – a mode in which muscles are contracted and relaxed with the aim to enhance strength and improve their endurance;

What does the procedure entail?
During a procedure, 8-16 truSculpt®flex applicators emitting low-level electricity to stimulate muscle contractions and build muscle tone will be set on the areas appropriate to you. At the beginning of a procedure, the patient can feel a mild contraction, numbness, warming and a gradual increase of the intensity of muscle contractions, but with no discomfort.
Noticeable results can be achieved with at least 4 procedures. Additional treatment may be required for the achievement of personalized results. The recommended number of procedures is 2 per week with an interval of 2 to 5 days between them.
After a procedure, you may observe numbness in the treated areas for a period of several hours and/or a mild muscle soreness for 24-72 hours. After a procedure, drinking a sufficient amount of water and following an optimal dietary regimen is recommended.

What is it?
VASER® Lipo is a modern liposuction procedure in which an ultrasound technology is used to decompose fat cells in the body while maximally sparing the surrounding cells and tissues. As a result, a precise removal of excessive fat can be achieved giving a possibility for better body sculpting.
A procedure using VASER® Lipo is minimally invasive, extremely efficacious, and has a minimal recovery period. Ultrasound energy destroys fat cells without affecting surrounding tissues, after which they turn to fluids and are naturally removed from the body. Therapy with VASER® Lipo is also applicable in cases where a significant amount of local fat is present. In addition, it can also be used for the formation of the muscles of belly, arms and legs (VASER® 4D High Definition).
What does the procedure entail?
The procedure itself is performed in an operating room by a trained team of specialists. General anaesthesia is administered. At the beginning of the procedure, a thin probe is introduced into the fatty tissue with the aim of injecting a specifically prepared solution. One the one hand, the solution “dissolves” fatty tissue, while, on the other hand, acting as an environment in which ultrasound is targeted only at fat cells.
After injecting the solution, the ultrasound probe is inserted in the desired area, deep into the fatty tissue. It advances through the tissue soaked with the solution as the plastic surgeon guides its movements and depth. This leads to the liquefying of fat cells.
Then a surgeon gently “suctions” (aspirates) them using a small tube (cannula) and a vacuum pump.

What is the procedure?

How long does a procedure last?
Depending on the size of a area, duration can vary from 30 to 60 minutes.

Will a procedure reduce my body weight?
With the treatment with SculpSure, the volume of a desired area is reduced; some reduction of body mass can be seen, but it is insignificant.
Can I undergo a procedure if I have a suntan?
Given that a laser technology is used, we recommend that you provide a time interval of 3-4 weeks between your last exposure to sunlight and the performance of a procedure.
