- Select the credit partner you wish to defer your payment with;

- A tbi bank representative from the Customer Service Center will contact you to fill in the necessary data.
- After the application is approved, you will receive an SMS and an email with a secret link through which you can attach photos to the ID card and complete the identification process.
- The bank will check the photos and send a link with all documents for signing via SMS and email. It is signed remotely, and you will receive the signed contract and other documents by email.
- Done! It’s time to make an appointment for your desired procedures at Derma-Act.
